Approximately 23 years ago, my brothers and I were engaged in the development of grip training tools, specifically focusing on thick bar trainers designed for inch dumbbell lifting. We introduced a particular version of these trainers, which IronMind named the "Holle it up dumbbell." Subsequently, a few years ago, I launched another version called the HD2. The hd3 offers seamless progression and has wide range of applications.

Shipping will be calculated and sent to you via invoice after the order has been placed.
